Thank you for your interest in private injectable training with David Whiteman, M.D., F.R.C.S.
Dr. Whiteman has over 30 years of experience as a board-certified plastic surgeon and has led trainings, completed publications, and presentations throughout the world. Please see below for details and options for injectable training:

Beginner:

A modern approach
Training sessions last approximately four hours and can take place in your own office or ours, with your choice of toxins and fillers. No more than 2 models per person. Training can be individualized up to a maximum of four students to maximize your learning experience.

Requirements:
Potential to obtain active Allergan or Galderma Account with verified Medical Director
Active License: RN, NP, PA, MD, DDS
Models provided by the trainee.
If training is completed at our office you must provide the following:
Aspirin
Topical Numbing Cream- compounded (20% Benzocaine, 6% Lidocaine, 4% Tetracaine)
Hylenex (Hyaluronidase) 1 box = 4 vials must keep 12 vials on hand non-expired
Non-sterile gloves
Baby Aspirin
Alcohol pads and gauze
Bacteriostatic sodium chloride 0.9%
18 G needles and ½ inch 30 G needles (boxes)
1cc syringes BD or tuberculin slip tip and 3cc syringes
Sharps container
Ice packs, mirror, white eyeliner pencil, Q-tip
Cannulas 25g x1.5” and 22g 2” (Dermasculpt, Softfill, TSK)
All supplies for the training include:
Detail options:
Option A: 4-hour hands-on group training - $2000 per trainee with 2-4 trainees
Option B: 4-hour hands-on individual training - one on one - $4000
Full payment is required for booking.
Travel requirements: Morning and Afternoon sessions with a minimum of 3 persons per class.
Travel and hotel expenses are not included in the training fee.
